ALDHA’s Spring 2003
New England Work Trip

Attention ALDHA Trailworkers - It's that time of year when we start getting geared up for the Annual ALDHA Spring worktrip!

The Worktrip will be on Saturday, May 17, 2003 as an alternative to Trail Days - Give something back to the beloved AT.

This year we will be working at keeping some of the lovely Balds open on the AT in Vermont.

Meeting place is Teago Store in Pomfret, Vermont north of Woodstock, Vt. Bring your favorite tools of destruction. If you don't have any, one will be provided to you!

Meeting place: Teago Store, Pomfret, VT.  Intersection of Stage Road and Pomfret Road.
Directions: Get to Woodstock, VT then go North out of town on Route 12.
Follow past Billings Farm. At "V" intersection with Pomfret Road, go right on to Pomfret Road. Follow 2 - 3 miles to Teago Store on your right. Can't miss it.

Meeting Time: 8:30am

We'll work all day then head to Bert's house for the big chow! As usual Bert Gilbert has agreed to be the host. So, following all our hard work, we will convene at his home for a big ol' meal. If you need a  place to stay Please contact Bert - he is always willing to provide floor space. Call him at: 603-632-7110.
